CS scar Pain in third pregnancy

I am in 24th week of pregnancy and this is my 3rd pregnancy after 6 years,my two kids born through c section,i did not go through this kind of pain in second pregnancy but this time i start feeling a bit more pain in CS scar,last night i felt very uncomfortable due to this pain,is it normal happening ?as i told my nurse about this pain a couple of weeks back when i had an appointment ,she said its normal,but by passing time its getting worse,is there anything helpful in this condition,i mean massage etc,anyone gone through or having same experience please share your suggestions or experience. Thanks a lot.

This is my second pregnancy and i also have a cs scar. At very beginning, it was hurtfull but everyone said its normal. Now, 24+1, that same pain has started again, sometimes its like a pms pain and cramps.
