my 4 months old daughter has suddenly reduced wet diapers. she cries alot when peeing. by applying something hot or gentle massage om her lower abdomen she starts peeing
is this normal!

That does not sound normal at all, she must be in pain. You need to see a doctor, that could be an infection, possibly urethritis.
