Giving birth in Tyks - hospital bag

Hey,

I am interested is it possible to reserve private ward for childbirth in Tyks? How much that will cost?

Also what are the things, that I should bring in my hospital bag for me and baby? Is there some list of things that hospital recommends or list of things, that hospital will provide us with?

Maybe there are some tips from other moms? What where the must things?
